Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and use of event tickets through this website. By purchasing a ticket, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the provisions set forth herein.

1. Digital Tickets Only

All tickets sold are issued exclusively in electronic format. No physical goods are provided, and therefore consumer return rights applicable to merchandise do not apply.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of:

  • cancellation of the event by the organizer, or
  • substantial changes to the event schedule or venue that materially affect the ticket holder’s ability to attend.

Tickets already used to access an event are strictly non-refundable.

Where a refund is granted under the limited circumstances above, the amount will be credited back to the same payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

3. Ticket Transferability

While tickets are not refundable, they may be freely transferred to another individual if the original purchaser is unable to attend. The purchaser is solely responsible for arranging such transfer and for ensuring the recipient has valid proof of the ticket.

4. Event Cancellations or Modifications

In case of event cancellation, customers will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the instructions issued by the organizer.

In case of event rescheduling or relocation, tickets shall remain valid for the new date or venue. If the ticket holder is unable to attend due to such changes, a refund may be requested within the timeframe communicated by the organizer.

5. Exclusions from Refunds

Except as expressly provided in this Policy, no refunds will be issued for:

  • personal scheduling conflicts,
  • travel or transportation disruptions, or
  • failure to attend for reasons not attributable to the organizer.

6. Customer Obligations

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and valid contact information, including a functional email address, at the time of purchase. Tickets will be delivered electronically, and the organizer accepts no liability for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
